Did you know that there are some types of ramen that come without soup? This product contains instant soupless mixed noodles from Japanese instant noodle maker Nissin.

A spice called kasho (also known as Shichuan pepper) is blended with the noodles, giving them a striking yet addictive pungency with a burning feel that remains on your tongue.

Its seasoning sauce, which is made out of sesame and pork umami, is a perfect match with noodles. Chew the noodles well, and you can enjoy both their spiciness and robustness. Do not forget to also enjoy the attached garnishes: finely ground meat and pak-choi (Chinese mustard).

Instructions

Peel off the lid 1 to the white lines drawn on it and remove all the packets (seasoning sauce and garnish) from the cup.

Open the garnish package (the transparent one) and add it to the cup, and then pour on 400ml of hot water.

After pouring, close the lid and wait for 5 minutes.

Remove lid 2 attached to the opposite corner of lid 1, which has drainage water holes. Drain the water from here, making sure to drain all the water and hold the opened lid to prevent leakage of the noodles.

Remove all of the lid, and add seasoning sauce. Mix these well, and it is ready to eat.
