This product is an instant version of niku udon, Japanese thick wheat noodles with meat. When you taste the noodles in combination with the umami of dashi soup and meat, you will not be able to stop eating them.
The soup has the broth of katsuo (also known as bonito or skipjack tuna) and has a sweet flavor, so this product is ideal for customers who prefer a sweet taste.
Like other Donbei udon variations, the noodles are pleasantly elastic, so you can enjoy them by chewing.
Garnishes include beef, green onion, wakame seaweed, and agedama tempura bits.
Peel off the lid just below the halfway point, and remove all the packets (dehydrated soup and garnishes) from the cup.
Add dehydrated soup and garnishes to the cup, then pour hot water (approximately 390~400ml in quantity) until the water level reaches the line on the inner side of the cup.
After pouring, close the lid, and wait for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid, and they are ready to eat.
